Exciting Weekend!!

Well there is some exciting news to be told....Dan got his promotion at work!! yay!! We are both so excited. I am so proud of him that he just kept trying. This weekend was not long enough as usually but it was good to have time with Dan. I got to see Kristi and Eric and little Ryan and Sarah at the airport on Saturday, Sarah is just so cute. It was the first time I got to see her. Well till next time!

Weight Watchers here I come!!

Well I did it, I finally woke up in time to workout! I have been too lazy lately to get up in time to workout but this morning I got up and did it. Today is the first day I am doing weight watchers. Its going to be a struggle but I am going to do it. Lately it seems like there is not enough time in the day. But for a little while this is going to be my journal on what is going on with everything. Work is going well a little slow lately but its because of the season. Christmas will be here before you know it. I am really excited it will be Dan and I's first Christmas YAY!!

4th of July

So this weekend was fun...alot of laziness going on. Friday I had the day off but Dan didnt so I basically just lounge around the house and then picked him up from work and we hung out. I also got a call that my brother and his wife had there little boy too, they named him Jared Mark Crump. I am going to see him either tomorrow or wednsday. Spencer says he is really cute. Saturday basically the same thing but that night we went to the murray park and watched fireworks they were pretty cool. Tomorrow I am going to go down to see my sister she is in from washington I am so excited to see her and her kids.

Regular Sunday

Well yesterday was a great day. Of course I went to church then afterward we decided that we were going to go to my parents house so we got already to go and told Dallen to get ready and then he asked Mariah (which is Dan's step daughter) if she waned to go with us, she kind of hesitated but then decided to come. That was the first time my family had ever met her. We had a blast there like usual, we watched cheerleaders on a plane (home video), played corners, mafia and also a new game my brothers made up called Ninja! We had dinner there also my mom is such a good cook. When I was dropping everyone off they said they had a really good time, which I am glad. Well I know this is a little dull but my life has been dull lately!! lol jk just really routine.

Today I was asked to speak at a birth parent panel. I went and it was such a good experience I got to tell about me and my story about my experience with adoption. It was so fun to talk about Zane and how I decided to do adoption and who I chose to be his parents, what my experience was with placing and everything that came along with that. I also got to hear about a birth fathers experience, it was really cool. I love talking about it and everything that came with that experience and I'm wanting to get more involved with adoption in anyway I can. I love Zane so much and all those feelings came back to me and hit me harder than they have for awhile.

My First Post

This week has been a fun week. I am getting my dress altered and we got it the way it should look like and it should be done here in the next week or so. It was also fathers day this last weekend so I was at my parents to celebrate with them. The wedding plans are coming along we have our engagements and my mom just finished our center pieces and they are adorable i will have to take a picture of them and put it on here. We also went camping this weekend with our friends Brooke and Chris, Shawn and Liz, and Julie and Travis it was really fun. Today we went and looked at some couches I found on KSL.com and they were really nice I called the guy and told him that we really wanted them and I haven't heard from him yet so maybe we might get them we will have to see. My job is going really well its still really slow and I am trying to get used to that but I may never get used to that.
